Saving and Restoring “User Data”
As you start to explore your OAX instrument and save your own configurations we HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you make regular backups of that data. We all know that you can spend many hours getting everything configured just the way you want it. Taking a backup only takes a minute or two and will be worth every second spent should you lose anything along the way.
In our case we are backing up to a USB stick and then transferring that backup information to another computer so we have multiple copies on multiple devices should one of the devices fail.
A quick look at the steps needed and an example of a restore to demonstrate that the backup did work. Follow along and start making regular backups right after you watch this video! 🙂
